Q. What will the film be like?
A. The film is edited with montage highlights set to music and the ceremony & speeches will be recorded in full with audio recording from the day.
Q. What is your style?
A. On the day I won’t ask you to do anything. We will capture the whole day naturally almost like a documentary. The photographer will orchestrate the day and your film makers will complement that by capturing the big moments and the little moments you’re bound to miss because there is so much going on.
Q. How long will it take the film to be ready?
A. The editing process will take 4 to 6 weeks.
Q. Do you travel?
A. We are happy to travel and ask for expenses to be covered beyond 50 miles of the B94 area (Expenses will be calculated based on venue location).
Q. Do you take a booking fee?
A. We require a non-refundable booking fee of £400 to secure your date and the remaining balance one month before the wedding.
Q. Do you have a contract?
A. Yes we have a contract that we both sign.
Q. Do I need the copyright?
A. I always retain the copyright to my films but I will grant you a lifetime private usage license which is exactly what you need.
Q.Can you have the unedited footage?
A. Yes all the unedited footage can be supplied to you on a USB chip for £500.
Q. Can you change some of the film?
A.Yes two revised versions of the film after the first edit is included in the price. Additional edits will be charged at a £35 an hour rate.
Q. Can we buy more copies?
A. Yes additional DVD and Memory stick versions are available to purchase for £25 each.
Q. What are certain church rules?
A. I am very respectful of the marriage ceremony and will adhere to all rules and regulations of individuals and institutions even if this means limited footage at certain times.
Q.Are you insured?
A. Yes we are insured for both professional indemnity & public liability.
